Vanguard LEAN are a lean support consultancy primarily aimed at small businesses who need help to reduce the waste in their process or who need support on a particular issue. They carry out risk assessments, ISO 9001 assessments, policy deployment implementation, implement continuous improvement tools and assist in making quality improvements.

The company requested funding to support the start-up of the new business through the purchase of key equipment required.
