Maritime UK Solent is calling on businesses in the region to join the celebration and take up the opportunity to promote their organisations through sponsorship packages for the first Maritime UK Solent Awards.
As the voice of the region’s maritime sector, Maritime UK Solent recently announced it will hold its inaugural awards as part of Maritime UK Week in October 2022. The awards are designed to celebrate the sector’s continued success and those that contribute to it.

Opportunities to celebrate the Solent’s maritime sector through sponsorship stretch across 12 awards categories highlighting the attributes that contribute to the achievements of this unique regional cluster, with awards celebrating diversity, innovation, the transition to net zero, large businesses and small start-ups, and the many people who make the sector the success that it is. Features and benefits for sponsors include becoming part of the dedicated marketing and communications campaign, profile at the awards ceremony and five places to attend. In-kind support is also available.
The awards are open for submission until 26 August with the finalists announced on 22 September during the Southampton International Boat Show; and winners announced at a ceremony on 14 October at the Leonardo Royal Southampton Grand Harbour Hotel in Southampton.
