Summary:

One year on from the partnership’s creation, this event will focus on the new opportunities for businesses throughout the
borough. With thanks to LaSalle Investment Management and Taurus Developments, this event will take place at the new
Velocity development in Havant.

This event will feature presentations from:
• LaSalle and Taurus on the Velocity development and other commercial property opportunities across the borough.
• Havant Borough Council’s regeneration team on the recent actions relating to the regeneration strategy.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions, network and take part in workshop discussions.
