Solent West and Isle of Wight Careers Hub Bid Workshop

Summary:

We are holding a workshop to discuss an exciting opportunity to develop a shared vision to bid for, and establish, a Careers Hub in the Solent West and Isle of Wight area.

In 2018, the Solent Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) was successful in its bid for a Careers Hub in the East of the area, becoming one of 20 across the country. Following the announcement from Government that there are to be an additional 20 Hubs created, the LEP will be proposing to set up another one to cover the rest of the region (Eastleigh, Southampton, New Forest and the Isle of Wight).

There is a requirement to submit our bid by 22 February 2019. Please attend a workshop to share your thoughts and priorities for the bid, to ensure that the submission best meets the needs of our area.
