I will discuss the changes that need to happen once you get past the start-up stage if you want to grow your business. This first Inflection Point is broadly speaking around 10 employees and 1M in revenue (depending on the sector and model), the underlying principle is that the entrepreneur now has to start moving away from being involved in everything and be more strategic than reactive. I’ll focus on the changes in strategy development, leadership mindset and team dynamics.
