As a key partner for Venturefest South, we are delighted to let you know that Venturefest South is back for 2022 with its #VFS22: Festival of Innovation. The festival will be held during Global Entrepreneurs Week in November.

The event will be held at the Ageas Bowl, Botley Rd, West End, Southampton SO30 3XH

From 10:45am - 1:00pm in the Workshop Zone, Maritime UK Solent will bring together a panel of maritime experts to explore how the maritime sector is innovating to deliver the Government's Maritime 2050 Strategic Ambitions.

Join us to hear from local industry experts, Innovate UK, University of Portsmouth and the Institute of Technology about support available to encourage innovation in maritime, and how we are collaborating to ensure the industry has the pipeline of skills it needs to maximise this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. We will also be hearing an update on the Solent Freeport, from the Chair of Solent Freeport, Brian Johnson
