We have an ambition to work with all secondary schools and colleges across the Solent, partnering each of them with a volunteer Enterprise Adviser.

The Enterprise Advisers Network is delivered in partnership with the Careers & Enterprise Company, an employer-led organisation set up to inspire and prepare young people for the fast-changing world of work.
Enterprise Advisers are recruited from local businesses and organisations and will be working at a strategic level alongside the schools' senior management teams. The aim of these partnerships is to evaluate the existing careers and enterprise work taking place in the schools and develop activity plans to ensure that the best local provision can be accessed, helping to better prepare students for the world of work.
