Kickstart Scheme

If you’re looking to employ young people in your business, then the Government’s Kickstart Scheme can help.


The Kickstart Scheme aims to create six-month work placements of 25 hours a week for 16-24-year olds on Universal Credit and at risk of long-term unemployment. All wages, National Insurance and pension contributions are paid for by the Government. Applications are now being accepted from employers.
