Established in 1997, the BeCalmed Wellbeing and Medi Spa is a sports massage and holistic therapy centre based in Cowes on the Isle of Wight that also offers beauty treatments.
The company requested funding to support the expansion to include more medical and aesthetic treatments.
Caroline Hurley, Owner of BeCalmed Wellbeing and Medi Spa, said:
I applied for a grant from the Solent LEP to help expand my business. I received 25% funding toward my project which has allowed me to expand my facilities and buy new equipment helping my business stay up-to-date with growing trends. It helped secure my business and provide two new posts. The team at Solent LEP have been supportive throughout this process.
