Churchill Square Training & Development is a Portsmouth-based training and development consultancy who offer tailored workshops, built on the foundation of an individual personality profile for each participant, to resolve or improve communications, collaboration or team performance within an organisation. They engage with the customer to understand their business and the challenges they are facing, then agree a training package to address those challenges, with the option of follow-on support to fully embed the learning within the organisation.

We are a local training company with large ambitions; since we started trading last year, we have successfully delivered training to: Mott Macdonald, an international construction company based in Eastleigh, SWECO, Highways England, De Beers and many more. Our workshops have been very well received and I am very pleased to have gained a number of requests for additional workshops or further support.We also offer a portfolio of around 140 soft-skills courses for personal and professional development. These courses can be taken online, through a distance learning workbook or delivered face to face. Our e-learning courses are proving really popular and are sold to individuals and companies worldwide. The next step for these courses is to offer a branded package of courses to organisations within a separate segment of the learning portal and create a comprehensive learning and development environment for that organisation.

The company requested funding to purchase equipment including laptops, printers, projectors and essential training for the two new staff members.
