Couzens Marine Engineering are a marine engineering company whose main activities include the installation and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical systems in both private and commercial boats.  Including: Fault finding and Repairs, Overhauls, Servicing and Winterisation and Trailer repairs.

George Couzens set up the company as a sole trader in 2013 as a mobile marine engineer. He already had a proven background as a marine engineer for both the commercial and leisure craft sectors. Since then the business has grown with customers now coming to the company as well as the business continuing to go out to the customers and in July 2014 Couzens Marine Engineering Ltd started trading.

They wanted funding to support the growth of the new business through the purchase of key equipment required.
