Dancing Man Brewery is a Southampton based craft beer producing micro-brewery with a restaurant. It was set up in 2011 in a disused kitchen of The Platform Tavern where the idea was to use this micro-brewery to make their own craft beer. The company has since moved to a new location in an 800 year old stone wood-beamed building namely the Wool House. They produce a full range of craft ales and supply locally and nationally. Their restaurant also serves a range of locally produced food to compliment their range of craft ales.

The company requested funding to support the growth of the new business through the purchase of key equipment.
