Hot Spot Yoga provides yoga lessons in a studio with a state of the art infra-red heating system. The idea came to Lisa when she realised that local participants of the practise need to travel as far as Bournemouth, London or Guilford to partake in Hot Yoga.  

Lisa was already working as a yoga teacher when she applied for funding and wanted to share her practice with the local community and provide continuous employment for staff and self-employed yoga opportunities for other yoga instructors.
