J&S Fresh Fish are an established fish supplier/broker who wanted to diversify and expand their business through handling their own stocks of fish, opening a fish market and developing preparation service for local catering companies.

Sylvia has been working in the fish trade since 1988 and set up her first business in fish supplies from her home in 1999. In 2011 they converted to a partnership and changed the name to J&S Fresh Fish LLP.

The company requested funding to support the growth of the new business through the lease of new premises, improved storage and presentation facilities, as well as a mobile home delivery service.
