The Box is a start-up company who house the already established fitness and dance communities who are in desperate need of an appropriate training space. They provide specialist facilities for Cross fit and dance/fitness enthusiasts. 

The company was created by Claire and Carl, owners of Hamer UK Fitness and Marsh Fitness, who already had years of experience in personal training, dance and fitness. 

They applied for BTG funding to support the start-up of the new business through the purchasing of key equipment required.
