A small independent Bakery based on the Isle of Wight that prides itself on using local ingredients to make Artisan bread, cakes and pastries, providing these to local businesses on a wholesale basis and retailing directly to members of the public at the local farmers markets.
The company was started by Michael Fahy following his employment at a bakery on the Isle of Wight. He saw that there was a potential gap in the market on the Island for his style of baking. Helen joined Michael in 2011 which increased production and enabled the business to expand by selling products on a wholesale basis to other retail Farm Shops, Cafes, local restaurants and eateries on the Island.
The company requested funding to support the growth of the business through the development of a new shop in Newport.
