Vanilla Bean Patisserie is a patisserie offering homemade cakes, fresh sandwiches and a wide range of coffee and teas. Located in Gosport High Street, they offer a cosy, comfortable and relaxing environment for customers to consume their baked goods and other refreshments.

They applied for BTG funding to purchase the equipment necessary for expansion.

Vanilla Bean Patisserie is an independent patisserie located in Gosport, Hampshire. In Vanilla Bean, you will discover hand-made cakes and pastries, traditional breakfasts, light lunches, desserts, fresh sandwiches and the finest teas and coffees served by friendly caring staff in contemporary yet relaxed surroundings and in an atmosphere that is unique to us. We will be using the funding to buy new equipment and expand the menu. My plans for the future are to grow my business and open a new branch or two. The Bridging the Gap fund is a great opportunity for small businesses which might not be able to raise the money they need to grow. For us the future business expansion would not be possible without the funding.
