Wild Thyme Wholefoods Ltd are a worker co-operative who run an independent wholefood shop with a juice bar and takeaway counter. They sell the widest range of natural and organic food in Portsmouth and all of their food is vegan, with plenty of fair trade items and local produce also on sale.
The company requested BTG funding to support the new large wholefood shop, run an on-site packing operation and bag retail size of bulk commodities.
