Ticket sales to the inaugural Maritime UK Solent Awards - the industry’s biggest regional celebratory event showcasing the success of this world-leading maritime cluster - are now open.
The Awards will be held on 14 October at the Leonardo Royal Southampton Grand Harbour Hotel, the culmination of Maritime UK Week 2022, bringing together businesses to celebrate the very best of the region’s maritime excellence. Maritime UK Solent is encouraging organisations to attend the event with their teams, suppliers and customers.
Stuart Baker, Managing Director at Maritime UK Solent, said: “We’re expecting a sell-out evening for our inaugural awards so we’re encouraging organisations in the Solent to secure their tables to this prestigious event.
“With representation from maritime leaders and organisations driving innovation and sustainable initiatives, it will be an evening not to miss.”
Maritime UK Solent is the regional sector-based cluster and employer representative body representing the maritime sector and wider supply chain in the Solent responsible for 25% (£7.7 billion) of the total economic output of the Solent economy.
The awards are currently open for nominations in 12 categories until 26 August and sponsorship opportunities are still available.
