The Funding Finance and Performance Management Group sits below the Solent LEP Board and has a focus on delivery. The group helps co-ordinate Solent LEP activity and provides advice, alongside the Solent LEP Chief Executive, to the Board on strategic and operational matters. In this role, the group appraises the priorities and actions identified by the Delivery Panels.
